About our Placement Process
At Calvert Medical Associates, we take the time to get to know you and your career goals. Here's what you can expect once you submit your resume or pre-qualification application to a staffing consultant:
  1. After submitting your resume or pre-qualification application, one of our associate will contact you by phone to discuss your work experience and career goals.

  2. Once you're satisfied that Calvert Medical Associates will meet your career needs, your associate will provide you with our full credential application, which may be completed online.

  3. After sole source verification of your credential file, your associate will share your professional profile with the rest of Calvert Medical Associates team and collaborate on the best opportunities for you.

  4. Once we find a position that matches your skills and experience, we'll discuss the details of the job with you. If you are interested in the position, we will present your qualifications to our client organization. We will not submit your curriculum vitae without first securing your permission.

  5. Most clients with direct-hire positions — and many clients with contract opportunities — request a candidate interview either by site or phone before offering a position. We will facilitate the interview and provide you with contact and location information. After your interview, we share detailed feedback from the client on the meeting results.

  6. If you are offered a direct-hire position, Calvert Medical Associates will help you negotiate a salary and benefits package that satisfies your requirements. Compensation for contract assignments is generally established at the time of the position request and will be shared with you before you agree to interview.

  7. If you accept an offer, for either a contract or direct-hire position, we stay in touch with both you and your new employer, and will always provide you support and assist in resolving any issues with your new position.

You may be eligible to receive a bonus for each candidate you refer who is placed in a full-time position or on a contract assignment (payable after your referral has worked 90 days on a contract assignment or 180 days in a direct-hire position).
